Raising the bar The Art Gallery of South Australia's elegant facade will spend the next six weeks behind bars. A new public artwork commissioned by the gallery has been erected on the lawn immediately outside the building's North Tce entrance.
Made from 30 tonnes of steel scaffold, it is the creation of Adelaide artist Jonathan Dady who, for the past week, has been working around the clock with a team of scaffold experts to complete the project.
