Norwood carpenter's union takes issues over construction site to Walpole selectmen The carpenters union alleges safety measures are not being followed and is filing complaints with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Genest said he has regularly seen workers three-stories up without safety harnesses, something he said would not happen with union workers. Hardy alleges workers also were cutting concrete blocks without safety masks designed to block silicon dust.
