CBC Montreal - Labatt using replacement workers: union Striking workers at Labatt say the brewery is using illegal replacement workers.
Workers want a five-per-cent raise per year over three years
An inquiry by the Ministry of Labour found that there are seven workers at the company's Lasalle plant who may be suspect.
Labatt says all but one of the workers are legitimate salaried employees.
The union says it will take the issue to the labour relations board."
