Lawyers for Gary Winnick, the former chairman of Global Crossing Ltd. who made more than a half billion dollars before the company filed for bankruptcy, have sent a cease-and-desist letter to the publisher of a Shareholders' Most Wanted deck of cards that includes the man once ranked the richest in Los Angeles. Winnick is the ace of hearts.
