Not Necessarily Better With Coke: "Coca-Cola has been condemned over the years for resorting to death threats, imprisonments, forced displacements, kidnappings, and assassinations to blunt union organizing activities, and thereby boost profits by keeping production costs low in its facilities in Guatemala, Peru, and Brazil. The company now faces an intensification of consumer pressure that began on July 22, mainly as a result of the actions of its bottlers in Colombia."
