    U.S. moves on duty: 'We're beginning to see the erosion of the whole U.S. case'

    VANCOUVER - A move by the U.S. Commerce Department that could cut the duty on lumber by about 20% is being hailed by some Canadian industry officials as sign Canada should toughen its negotiating stance with the United States.
