Softwood lumber logjam appears to be broken By BARRIE McKENNA, The Globe and Mail
Ottawa and the Canadian industry hailed the U.S. decision, which comes after a string of Canadian legal victories, as a key concession that could smooth the way for a settlement, although U.S. lumber interests could continue to make the dispute a protracted one.
