Subpoenas could come in Hoffa case BY DAVID ASHENFELTER, Detroit Free Press
The FBI has long believed that Detroit Mafia captain Anthony Giacalone and Anthony Provenzano, a New Jersey Teamsters official, had Hoffa killed by Provenzano henchmen Gabriel and Salvatore Briguglio and Stephen and Thomas Andretta.
