Steelworkers back IWA members on strike in New Brunswick Canada NewsWire
United Steelworkers' Ontario/Atlantic Director Wayne Fraser said Friday that Steelworkers are in full support of Industrial, Wood and Allied Workers of Canada (IWA) members on strike against the Northumberland Co-op dairy in Miramichi, NB.

"Their fight is our fight," said Fraser. "Now that we have a tentative agreement to merge our two unions, employers have to understand that, when they take on the IWA, they are taking on the strength of two organizations committed to supporting each other."
