"Who stole unemployed workers' money?" CBC Montreal
A group of social activists is joining Quebec's big unions in a bid to make the federal Employment Insurance plan an election issue.
The coalition accuses the federal government of stealing money that rightfully belongs to unemployed workers.
Signs on lamp posts and front lawns across the province read: 'Who stole unemployed workers' money?'
