    'Judge Kessler's latest decision is another major victory for rank-and-file union members, who will now have access to meaningful information about their union's financial health, management and priorities. In her opinion, Judge Kessler said that the arguments being made to further delay the new financial transparency rule were 'unconvincing.'"
