    Mueller, the political director for New Jersey's regional Council of Carpenters, has a strong interest in fighting for union rights and strengthening New Jersey's economy. Because her father was a union electrician and her grandfather was a union sheet metal worker, Mueller says she was raised to fight for working-class Americans.
