Contractors blame each other for scaffold collapse WKRN, TN
The scaffolding subcontractor has blamed other workers at the apartment building construction site, saying safety features were removed without the company's knowledge.
But the main contractor said inexperienced workers for the scaffolding company were not properly disassembling the scaffolding.
The July 30th accident killed a 24-year-old supervisor and injured six others.
