A Labor Day Success Story: SEIU 250, PRNewswire
'This Labor Day, I'm very optimistic, because there are definitely signs of great hope for the labor movement,' said Sal Rosselli, president of SEIU 250. 'The public overall feels reinvigorated because there is a sense in America that corporations have grown too powerful and arrogant. There is a resurgence in the struggle for good jobs and quality health care for all. Almost 60,000 caregivers have joined our union in the past 6 years alone, and with that new strength, health workers have been able to able to win unprecedented standards, which only adds to our momentum.'------------------------------------------- posted 6:46 AM :: reference link ::
