Nonunion employee tries to fit in with ironworkers BY MARK BROWN, Chicago Sun Times
What makes this unusual is that Lamonica is the first person hired for that job in as long as anybody can remember who isn't a member of the Iron Workers Union.
As you might expect, this hasn't gone over too well with the other city ironworkers, who have challenged Lamonica's qualifications for the job and refused to work with him, citing safety concerns.------------------------------------------- posted 6:46 AM :: reference link ::
