Construction Accident Survivor Remembers Fallen Friend WXMI, MI
'We knew that something was going to happen and we were taking it down. Then a big strong gust of wind came and over it went,' Shattuck said. He said he stood there helpless as he watched the scaffolding collapse towards him.
