    Softwood victory in the air By Bruce Constantineau, Vancouver Sun
    B.C. lumber producers predict yet another victory next week in the 31/2-year lumber war with the U.S. when the U.S. Department of Commerce releases a final ruling on a preliminary decision to slash duties on Canadian lumber exports to the U.S.

    There have been almost countless rulings from several governing bodies on the contentious softwood lumber trade issue, but this time the decision could carry some real weight almost immediately.
