Worker death, employer silence bring OSHA fines By Luke Engan, Claremore Daily Progress, OK
The unreported death of a carpenter who toppled down a stairwell near Claremore prompted $4,800 in workplace safety fines, officials said Tuesday.

Mario Rivera of Pizana Construction fell 10 feet from the second story of an unfinished house on East 500 Road on the afternoon of October 6, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration reported.
