Workers end strike at park By KEN ROSS, The Republican, MA
AGAWAM - Six Flags New England workers who went on strike earlier this month decided yesterday to end their strike and return to work Monday.
But the 12 workers' battle to become the first unionized workers at the amusement park is not over.
'The strike's over, but the fight's not over,' Jason Garand said yesterday.
Garand serves as the business representative and organizer of the Springfield office for the New England Regional Council of Carpenters, the union that the striking workers want to join.------------------------------------------- posted 12:16 PM :: reference link ::
