    Building Trades enlist own members to recruit nonunion workers - Workday Minnesota
    The program - called MOVE, for Multi-trade Organizing Volunteer Education - promotes cooperation, not competition, among construction crafts in strengthening union membership. It utilizes union members on 'mixed' job sites to reach co-workers who can't be reached by paid union organizers or business agents.
