Union announces work-to-rule plus super service campaign - TWU Canada NewsWire
The TWU and Telus have a joint safety creed which says 'The demands of the service or the importance of the job are never so great that we cannot do the job safely.' Despite this creed, the company is constantly pressuring our people. This sometimes results in members taking shortcuts that result in serious injury.
