1 worker remains in critical condition - By Tim Grace, Brockton Enterprise, MA
BRIDGEWATER — Two carpenters seriously hurt in a bizarre construction accident while working on Bridgewater/Raynham's new high school, remained in Boston hospitals Wednesday.
John P. Kinney, 47, of Brockton was reported late Wednesday to be in fair condition and Robert Perry, 43, of Taunton, who was in critical condition earlier Wednesday, fell about 20 feet onto a concrete floor in the unfinished school when the motorized platform they were using collapsed Tuesday morning.
The top of the platform snapped off its supports and crashed to the floor with the two men according to police.
Perry and Kinney are members of the New England Regional Council of Carpenters.------------------------------------------- posted 5:00 AM :: reference link ::
