Softwood lumber sparks Dec. 3 McDonald's boycott in Canada - The National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE) is pleased to support Luke in his protest.
'We want our money back!' young Canadian protesters tell U.S. president George Bush

New Westminster - Luke McAndless-Davis, a 10-year-old British Columbia boy, is organizing a one-day boycott of McDonald's outlets on Dec. 3 to protest America's refusal to repay $5 billion in excess trade tariffs charged to Canadian producers of softwood lumber.

With the help of his parents, and a friend named Matthew Monteith-Forsyth in Calgary, Luke has set up a web site and is urging Canadians to avoid all McDonald's outlets for the day. The site name says it all - www.wewantourmoneyback.ca/

'The U.S. has been stealing from us and telling us to stop making such a big deal. This is outrageous!' Luke says. 'They would be just as upset if we took $5 billion from them.'

Good on you.....I like your drive, but if you want to boycott anything boycott Starbucks!!! The McDonalds of coffee and a big American Company. Good luck and I support your cause.

Screw you you little socialist punk.
Your dam country has more natural resources than anywhere else in the world but you remain a backward bunch of imbred socialists that want their govt to think for them.
Without the USA you would be speaking german or you would be just another no count frenchman!
Up yours and boycott us. Who needs your 3rd world country?
