    As convention center cost rises, questions over who will build it - by Rebecca Palsha, KTUU, AK
    But who should build it? As it stands now, 85 percent of the workers will be in a union. According to Royce Rock, the business manger for the Southern Alaska Carpenters union, more than 1,000 carpenters live in Anchorage. That's more than enough to build the convention center.
