Accord likely on training system for trades - Scott Simpson, Vancouver Sun
British Columbia's efforts to address its desperate need for more skilled trades workers reached a 'breakthrough' on Friday with an apparent consensus among union and non-union construction and industrial companies for a new training system.
B.C.
