    The construction company whose worker fell to his death at a Yonkers high-rise was cited twice in the past for federal safety violations, including failure to provide adequate fall protection, inspection records show.

    The brothers said the bricks fell first and then the worker dropped, head first, from the scaffold.

    'I saw him flying,' said a stunned Peter Garcia, 58, of McLean Avenue. 'It's like it's not real. He didn't scream or nothing.'
