    Run snow crews round the clock: NAPE - CBC Newfoundland and Labrador
    The union representing snowplow drivers says road crews should be on Newfoundland and Labrador's highways 24 hours a day.

    Right now, crews do not clear the roads overnight. Their shifts run from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

    Carol Furlong, president of the Newfoundland Association of Public and Private Employees, says that lack of coverage puts lives at risk.
