Wanted: Apprentice carpenters - Cherry Hill Courier Post, NJ
Born into a union family, Chris Lardi, 22, of Hammonton, knows that a carpenter's job is not likely to be lost to outsourcing. A second-year apprentice, Lardi likes the pay, health, annuity and pension benefits that union carpenters earn.
'When you learn something like this, you can support a family and use it the rest of your life,' he said.------------------------------------------- posted 5:27 AM :: reference link ::
