New version of high-rise deaths says roof collapsed - Miami Herald, FL
The piece of framework that collapsed at One Bal Harbour was built by Southland Forming of West Palm Beach, a subcontractor of Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction of Naples.

Southland has been fined four times in the past decade by OSHA and was involved in fatalities in 1995 and 1999. The company released a statement on Monday saying its managers didn't know what caused the accident.
