Canada’s legendary punk activists are on their way up to the tiny town of Castlegar, British Columbia where they’re out to rock the Our Way Home Reunion. D.O.A., led by Canada’s godfather of punk rock Joe Shithead Keithley and his musical comrades Randy Rampage and the Great Baldini will play this Saturday, July 8th. Involved are a combo of Vietnam War and modern-day war resistors. D.O.A. will appear on stage right after the legendary Buffy Sainte-Marie. Ex-senator and peace activist George McGovern will also be there among others that believe that working for peace makes more sense than fighting wars for oil. D.O.A. will be in fine form after recently playing at the World Peace Forum in Vancouver, B.C. on June 24th.
