'Smoking gun' in asbestos case - By Iain Dey, The Telegraph, UK
Since 2000 GM has been inundated with class action lawsuits claiming damages for illnesses caused by exposure to asbestos in GM products such as brake linings. The carmaker alleges that the Royal & Sun insurance policies should cover its liabilities to these claims.
