    Justices reject workers' comp suit - By PETER WONG, Statesman Journal, Oregon
    The Oregon Supreme Court has rejected a challenge to the state workers' compensation system as the only legal recourse when a workplace injury results in death.

    The justices decided unanimously Friday that a family did not automatically have the right under the Oregon Constitution to sue a company for negligence in connection with the death of one of its workers.
