Ryan stresses the importance of understanding the younger workers in your company. In a knowledge economy where Google rules and the old manufacturers don't, it's the young people who are getting ready to run the show.
Add demographic trends where more people are retiring than starting careers, and it quickly becomes clear that good young workers could be hard to find and keep.
