Labor Arts Will Give You a $500 Reward and Post Your Union's Exhibit On-Line!! - Labor Arts via ILCA Online
Here's the deal: Since its inception in 2001, the Labor Arts website has been displaying the posters, flyers, buttons, paintings and photographs used by the labor movement to inspire action, compassion and change. Now we want to tap into the creative pool that lies within our unions, just waiting to see the light of on-line display. To stimulate that creativeness, we are prepared to offer prizes of $500 each to the three best exhibits featuring images from a union or other labor organization - plus featured billing on our website.
Exhibits can have from 6 to 30 individual images of labor art, along with appropriate text and captions. They must be received by November1, 2006. We are posting here some examples of images used in exhibits currently on display on our website.
Contact us by e-mail at info@laborarts.org if you have any questions about contest details. Then let the creative juices start flowing -- send the results to us by e-mail - and may the best exhibits win!------------------------------------------- posted 5:50 AM :: reference link ::
