    Job training program pays off - By PAUL NELSON, Albany Times Union, NY
    The program, run through the Capital District WORKER Center, is a partnership of trade unions, the religious community and non-profits that places needy city residents in high-paying union jobs in construction. It also helps them get their GEDs if they don't have a high school diploma.
