    Two killed in Hydro Quebec accident - CUPE.ca
    Rouyn-Noranda—Quebec Hydro employees, members of CUPE, are mourning the loss of a member in Rouyn-Noranda on Friday, October 13, 2006. The deceased , a young, 28-year old CUPE member and another contractor, died while working on one of the turbines.

    Hydro workers' deaths probed - Montreal Gazette
    One report said both men fell into a turbine.
