    Civilians first responders in W-B building collapse - By KEVIN AMERMAN, Wilkes Barre Times-Leader, PA
    The quick, mass rescue effort makes it difficult to identify all who helped, according to city officials. So, said Mayor Tom Leighton, no official effort has been made to identify or recognize the work of those who tried to help.
