As tradesmen age, new workers in short supply - by Jackie Noblett, Boston Business Journal
John Wood is always looking for a few good men or women. Experience fixing bathroom backups is a plus.
The CEO of Boston's Hub Plumbing and Mechanical says it is very difficult to find young people who have the right mix of people skills, mechanical aptitude and, most importantly, the desire to be a plumber.
