Company says it's not bound to give notice - AP via Concord Monitor
The company's lawyers say they did not have to give 60 days notice because that could have hindered a search for new investors.
The state Attorney General's office says for the exemption to be valid, the company should have told workers why it was bypassing the law; at least one worker says he was given no explanation.------------------------------------------- posted 6:42 AM :: reference link ::
