In Sioux Falls, Esurance started offering its employees a work-from-home option last year after testing the program for several months. About 60 of the company's 540 Sioux Falls employees have decided to skip a commute and make home their office.
"We're an Internet company, so we believe in technology," says Kristin Brewe, a company spokeswoman. "Some people want to come to the office, and that's fine.
