    UPI - Workforce: Jobs for Bush? The nation's largest association of trade unions, the AFL-CIO, has consistently blasted the Bush tax cut package as overwhelmingly favoring the rich, while not actually creating any jobs.

    AFL-CIO head John Sweeney called the Bush package a "breathtaking rejection of America's priorities and shameful embrace of tax-accounting gimmicks and giveaways to the very wealthy."
