    WTO rules against lumber tariffs
    The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) applauded Tuesday's key interim ruling by the World Trade Organization (WTO) that tariffs imposed by the U.S. Commerce Department on imports of Canadian softwood lumber be rescinded.
