Wal-Mart's Attack on the Union Cited in Canadian Labour Board Complaint When United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 1518 organizer David Noble referred to a Wal-Mart "hit list" of pro-union employees during an organizing campaign in a Quesnel, British Columbia, store, management responded with personal attacks on Noble and a denial that the list even existed.
