CropDecisions.com National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) members and Illinois growers Ron Fitchhorn, and Garry Niemeyer are on Capitol Hill with representatives from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) to engage in a "trial run" lobbying tour.
