We're still family despite spats, Rock tells Yanks Americans and Canadians are like family members, bound to have the odd spat, Industry Minister Allan Rock and his U.S. counterpart told an influential group of business leaders today.
In speeches that made just passing reference to a host of major irritants between Canada and the United States, Rock and Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans repeatedly talked about the special relationship of the two countries.
