Ullico Senate Probe Is Being Expanded With Subpoenas
WASHINGTON -- A Senate panel is expanding its investigation into Ullico Inc., a union-owned insurance company, planning to subpoena six current or former board members who benefited from stock deals.
According to a staff member of the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, subpoenas are expected to be issued this week for directors William Bernard, Marvin Boede, Billy Casstevens and Joseph Maloney, as well as two former directors, James McNulty and James La Sala.------------------------------------------- posted 6:48 AM :: reference link ::
