Demise of softwood deal leads to finger pointing Analysts say Canada's best hope now rests with a NAFTA panel
It may be impossible to negotiate a quick end to the Canada-U.S. softwood trade war, gloomy industry and government officials said Thursday following the latest collapse in negotiations.
