Housing plant a chance to learn: Apprentices will earn paycheck while training with union carpenters By Gina Kenny
A group of young men and women are about to begin an earn-while-you-learn program, training as carpenters in Chicago Heights.
And it seems fitting that this program begins on Labor Day.
