Union angered by worker's treatment over 'Shrub' memo: REGINA -- The former NDP caucus worker who wrote the infamous 'President Shrub' memo and later resigned was unfairly treated by politicians, his union representative says.
'There's no defence saying he was flawless in this,' said Larry Sheffer, a spokesperson for Office & Professional Employees International Union.
'But the punishment doesn't fit the crime.'
