First, we've seen little evidence that large numbers of highly skilled Montana tradesmen are just 'sitting at home.'
Second, there is no evidence that the product north of town is shoddy.
But more important, what's a disgrace is Keane's implication that foreign workers necessarily will produce an inferior product.
In fact an IMC spokesman says there's a reason some Bulgarian welders soon will be added to the payroll -- joining some Latino workers already on it: They have skills that can't be found in Montana or in America.------------------------------------------- posted 7:11 AM :: reference link ::
